PRICING

There is no public price list yet. Here is exactly how the number is decided.

We would rather publish the method than invent a generic tier. Connect is evaluated against the channels you connect, the volume you actually run, your operational complexity and evidence-backed business value — inside JBRH-approved pricing policies. Standard in-policy configurations are priced directly; custom exceptions undergo authorized review.

  • The pilot needs no payment details to begin
  • Every driver of the price is listed on this page
  • No tier you have to grow out of on a schedule

How a quotation is produced

  1. Scope conversationWhat work Connect is actually being asked to carry
  2. Channels confirmedMailboxes, phone line, WhatsApp number — what is real for you
  3. Volume estimatedConversations, calls and minutes at your current rate
  4. Boundaries setAutonomy, approvals and anything needing bespoke work
  5. Policy-governed configurationEvaluated against approved policy rules; exceptions require owner sign-off
  6. Pilot, then decisionCommercial terms begin after the pilot, not before it

If any of this changes after you start, the quotation changes with it — in writing, not silently.

WHAT DRIVES THE NUMBER

Six things, and nothing hidden behind them.

Industry is not on this list. Neither is company size on its own. What costs money is the work Connect does and the infrastructure it does it on.

Channels connected

Email alone is the smallest configuration. Phone adds real-time voice infrastructure and per-minute carrier cost; WhatsApp adds its own provider relationship. You pay for the channels you switch on.

Conversation volume

How many real conversations Connect handles a month — not how many contacts you store. A large dormant list costs nothing to keep.

Call minutes

Voice carries a genuine per-minute cost from the carrier and the speech infrastructure. It is metered, visible in the product, and quoted at your expected volume.

Mailboxes and businesses

One mailbox is straightforward. Several businesses in one workspace, each with its own identity, rules and routing, is more setup and more ongoing surface.

Knowledge and setup work

Loading and structuring what Connect may say — product range, policies, terms — is the work that decides answer quality. Some businesses hand it over ready; some want help building it.

Anything bespoke

An integration with your ERP or an external CRM, an unusual approval workflow, a specific compliance requirement. Scoped explicitly, never assumed into the base.

Nothing on this list is measured in a way you cannot see. Usage, quota and voice cost are visible inside the product, on your own workspace.

WHY NO PUBLIC TIERS

Because a tier would be a guess dressed as a price.

A published price per seat implies that the thing being sold is a seat. What Connect actually carries is customer operations work: conversations, calls, follow-ups and the approval load around them. Two businesses of identical headcount can differ by an order of magnitude in all four.

We could publish three tiers with feature checklists tomorrow. It would be tidier and it would be less honest — the first serious conversation would end in a custom quotation anyway, and you would have spent the interval believing a number that was never going to apply.

So the commitment is the opposite one: the drivers are published, the evaluation is free of commitment, and your commercial configuration is evaluated under transparent, approved pricing rules.

WHAT IS IN EVERY CONFIGURATION

The parts that are never an upsell.

These are properties of the product, not a plan level.

The relationship record

One company and person record per relationship, with the full cross-channel timeline. Not a premium CRM add-on.

Rules, approvals and Needs You

The autonomy modes and the approval gate are how the product is safe to run. Charging for safety would be an odd business.

The audit trail

Every action recorded with its rule and evidence, available to you in the product.

Knowledge grounding

Answers built from what you approved, with escalation when the knowledge does not cover the question.

Follow-up scheduling

Every open thread carrying a dated next action. This is the mechanism, not a feature flag.

Your data, exportable

The records are yours. Disconnecting a channel stops Connect acting; it does not take your history with it.

WHAT YOU ARE COMPARING IT TO

The honest comparison is not with software.

Connect is priced against work, so it is worth being clear about which work.

A CRM licence

The usual line item

A place to record what someone already did, priced per seat.

What Connect is actually replacing

Connect writes the record as a by-product of doing the work. The comparison is closer to the hours spent updating the CRM than to its licence.

A shared inbox tool

The usual line item

Routing and assignment for messages a person still has to answer.

What Connect is actually replacing

The answering, the qualification and the follow-up scheduling, with routing as a detail underneath.

An answering service

The usual line item

Messages taken and passed on, with no knowledge of the account.

What Connect is actually replacing

A real answer from approved knowledge, on the relationship's own record, with the next action already scheduled.

A part-time coordinator

The usual line item

Covers working hours, holds context personally, leaves with it.

What Connect is actually replacing

Covers the queue continuously and writes the context down. It does not replace judgement — that is what the approval gate is for.

QUESTIONS

Money questions, answered directly.

What does the pilot cost?

The walkthrough and the pilot conversation are free and need no payment details. Where a pilot runs on real phone or WhatsApp traffic, the carrier and provider costs involved are named up front — we will not surprise you with a usage bill.

Can I get a ballpark before a full scoping call?

Yes. Tell us the channels you would connect, roughly how many conversations a month you handle and whether voice is in scope, and you will get an indicative range rather than a precise figure. The ROI worksheet is a useful thing to bring to that conversation.

Is there a minimum term?

Terms are part of the quotation and are agreed in writing. There is nothing on this page that commits you, and the pilot is not a contract.

Do you charge per user?

Seats are not the unit that reflects the cost of the work. Volume, channels and call minutes are. A quotation may still include a user component where it genuinely matters, and it will say so explicitly.

What happens to the price if our volume grows?

It is a conversation and a written change, not an automatic re-tier. Usage is visible in the product as it happens, so growth is not something you discover on an invoice.

Where do I read the commercial terms?

The Trust Centre covers billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds, and the Terms page holds the agreement itself.

NEXT STEP

Bring your scope. Leave with a real number.

Tell us which channels you would connect and roughly what volume you run, and the quotation is produced against that — after a pilot that costs you nothing to start.

  • No payment details to begin
  • A policy-controlled commercial configuration, not an arbitrary guess
  • Every driver of the price already listed above
